Monday, September 25th is our last day in the park - Century Garden YYC, 8th Ave & 8th St SW - 12:00 - 1:00 PM. This is the time and place to protect and enhance your mind health and explore the science of happiness through Mind Health Monday in the park. Come for the FUN, stay for the community and connection, and leave feeling uplifted. There is no cost to attend, but we do ask that you register so we can properly plan our giveaways.
